We want you to love your Sassy Spud gear, but if it's not a perfect match, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Place your items back in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring you include the packing slip inside for faster processing.

Ship It Back

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
